This Moto20TV 2-part video is everything you ever wanted to know - and then some -about Mr. Jon Vedas 1974 Triumph 650 motorcycle.
Jon bought his bike in 1982 and has since done an extensive, but relatively inexpensive, bottom up custom rebuild.
According to Jon, his Triumph T-120 is a fairly rare bird because his bike has a triple row primary chain stock 650s came with a 2-row primary.
Jons motor exhibits characteristics of the 750 motor, possibly because back in 1974, the manufacturer was nearing the end of its existence.

Yea, those pipes make real sense if you don't actualy intend to ride the bike, and I will take sleeved Amals over Mikunis any day.

The Triumph firm built these "original" style bikes until 1983, when they were bought by John Bloor, the present owner and the builder of the new machines.

the street tracker look is great. Nice job bro. I've got a Honda 550 4 cylinder I'm thinking of making a steer tracker out of. I love the look.
