My favorite Grandfather Willis Lamberies who was mentioned and pictured in video and lived on his farm just up the road from The Abbey just passed away and I just found out about this book !! How bitter sweet this video was for me!! I will always miss and love him!! Holly

37 years and this criminal act has left deep scars on the local area. Some don't go into the reservation at night, some never drive across it unarmed. I will read the book, but the video ends with an "eh Horse, it's no big deal" type of attitude. I, for one who remembers what it like in 1975, know that this may be glossed over by the history books, but it was and still is very real in N.E. Wisconsin......
