In March 2006, Judicial Watch released a video from the Hudspeth County Sheriff Department and Texas Department of Public Safety of officers attempting to apprehend vehicles believed to be smuggling contraband on January 23, 2006. As the officers followed the vehicles, they made a u-turn and attempted to return to Mexico. As the vehicles approached the border an armed Mexican military vehicle and soldiers were observed assisting the smugglers return to Mexico.

This incident was reported in the Mexican Government Incidents 2006 Fiscal Year Report obtained by Judicial Watch in January 2008. This report was released by Customs and Border Protection under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.

  • @2204Alpha I am pretty sure the national guard and bp are more than enough to handle the task of mexicans.. leave the marines in the dangerous hot spots where they belong

  • WHERE IS HELICOPTER SUPPORT???!!!

  • At 3:37 passing suv almost sideswipes black suv.

  • Its well known cartels either pay off mexican police or kill them and steal their uniforms, radios, and vehicles. 25,000 murdered in 2009 and its going to be twice that in 2010. We need the US Marines on our border blasting these people to hell.

  • Its the cartels you all. Those "uniformed" mexican military are cartel guys dressed as the military and the equipment is stolen
