I agree machitos,at least w/ it being the McDonalds of airlines. i have taken southwest a few times,and i didnt experience a fun flight.. Its cramped,crowded and the crew was rude. It would take all day with my list of complaints! I have had nice flights on American, NWA, Spirit,and jetBlue.... British Airways was the Best!
