Hey please help, me and my friend are trying to play together on this, and we keep getting problems. Who's IP do we enter? Do i enter his and does he enter mine? do we both enter mine? and do we both connect to each other? or does one of us wait.

so the hamachi IP is different from your regular IP?

@shadowsa2b Yes. It creates you a different IP which is your identity in the virtual network Hamachi creates.

do you NEED hamachi to play other people online?
if you had a friend whom you wanted to play with at the same time, where do you go to party up and stuff? i heard theres a way where you can give your username instead of your ip?
thanks

@kingjames2322 No you do not need hamachi to play other people online. You can just connect to the host ip using the ip the yvd program says you have. Hamachi is for people who can't connect to each other because of firewalls or router problems. And I don't know of anyway of connecting to your opponent without giving them your ip. If you're worried about hackers, then just duel people you trust or use Hamachi which gives you an ip for the virtual network group you are in.
