  • @trash266001 Pedals I would think, while Adam Jones of Tool does use his volume control to change tone he will also use the distortion/clean channels of his amp (s) with a footswitch to change between clean and distorted quickly...Unless he has someone to do it for him like Matt Bellamy of Muse now does, but I think that's very unlikely.

  • Are they using pedals to go from clean to distorted? Or are they like Tool and just set the gain on the amps and use their volume knob/pedal?

  • @Eagle93A7X as far as i know they're zildjian oriental china's, different sizes is all. one of them may be an older z model(the larger one above the floor toms i believe)
