That's what we-tho U may not consider me 'seriously' injured. I developed bilateral tendonitis with RSD/CRPS in my hands and wrists. I can control my symptoms by NOT USING MY HANDS much. That effectively disables me from everything I was trained or experienced to do. I want to join a group against WorkSafe so where do we all meet???sSo I live in Vancouver so

I have talk to Pivot they only do criminal cases,
Funny we all think Worksafe B.C are criminals so why will they not help us ?
They tell you to go to workers advisory. They are just as bad, my lawyer did good only because of the exposure I caused Fight WorkSafe B.C

I live in Vancouver and have believed for a long time that the DTE is probably full of people who became involved with WorkSafe. Which is why I wonder why groups like Pivot Legal Society don't take up the cause of injured workers further damaged by WorkSafe. How I despise even that name anymore - Work FN Safe BC.

If you live in Vancouver B.C the downtown east side Vancouver Main& Hastings is were you will find seriously injured workers getting screwed by Worksafe B.C/ WCB. We have to live below the poverty line because that is what our Government allows to happen.

it's been 9 yrs 4 me, 2000. I used to work for SeaSpan int in N Van. I loved my job, I was a cook/Deckhand, I went in to Rehab in Richmond 4 2 mnths...I was in the pain 'clinic and after that didn't work then they sent me to the P.A.C.E. clinic and after that didn't work they sent me home. I now get $ 590/mnth, I used to gross $5000/mnth, you do the math. DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM BE SURE UR GP 2
best regards to all.
John Berfelow, please get a hold of me via my email if you can through youtube.
Good stuff all round John, 1 thing i would change is the blaming yourself. U didn't do the damage 2 U, an ACCIDENT @ work did the damage 2U. U didn't break anything on or in U, the accident did. Do U get what i'm saying John? Please stop saying that " I did this, or I broke that" U had an injury at work which was caused by and accident. U did nothing, U just went 2 work. The unsafe workplace is what caused the injuy, am I right? This sounds like a small thing, 4 me it was huge 2 stop blaming me!

It's hard not to blame my self. I have been in the trade for 18 years and I know better. I know that I tripped and I know that I fell. I also know that it was a bad accident and it was not my fault but it has changed my life forever. It was not my fault it was a bad case of bad luck. I do hear what you are saying, Thank you for reminding me, we all need to hear this. Peace to all SIW

Love it; especially forgetting your train of thought; I know how that is too - there is just SOOOOOO much to get out and so much that has to be said for anyone to see how FKED up they are. Also my place looks as bad are yours with so much paper floating around I can hardly stand to be in and hate to go out to have to come back to it. I think we should all get together and get noticed!!!

I would like to start a seriously injured support group in Vancouver B.C. SIW need to support each other. We need to talk about our injuries and how we are able to deal with the board.
Lets pick a day and a place. Peace
