So will the aero gains outweigh the weight gain? How much compared to a motor does your battaries and motor weigh? This is cool. I like your idea. I had a buddy that turned a VW Ghia electric. Travis, you know who you are. I hope to see more videos of the electric fiero soon. Cool Cool.

please tell me you aren't planning on doing the back too! The engine needs that opening to cool the engine off. If you go all the way to the back, your gunna have major overheating problems. Good idea though, if your only going the front and middle.
Cool stuff, use whst you got. Did it improve the efficency?

@WorkerBee2011 I only left it on for about a month because I took it off to make a permanent one but I never got around to making the permanent one. I need to revisit this again because now I do a lot of interstate driving to get to our new offices. Interstate driving with a belly pan would help a lot more than my old drive to work.

This Fiero is electric, there is no gasoline engine that creates heat. So this car can be completely streamlined with a full belly pan.
