Contestant #12 is only a 14 year old girl, who didn't deserveto have the rug pulled form underneath her at such a young age. Trust me, the world will do it for her soon enough. Children deserve for us as adults to be fair and unbiased. They should be sheltered from the harsh realities of society and those of the entertaiment industry.

If the audiences reaction alone didn't reveal the truth then I don't know what else to say other than if you have any relation to any of the contestants in a competition, then you have no business judging or coordinating that competition. In other words, if you run a school of music your students should not be allowed to enter your competitions! If you are a family member or good friend of a contestant, then you too have no business judging a contest!.

One could only imagine the complete shock and utter dissapointment of the entire audiencewhen the results of the ocntest were revealed. Third place was announced and the crowd went wild, Second placed announced the crowd went wild again, First place announced and there was total silence with the exception of the winners Mom and Dad hoopering and hollering.

They have judged together as a team in the past - can you say :conflict of interest"? yes, she was a good singer; however there is a huge difference between tood and exceptiona, as was the case between the overall winner - good, who san "Before he Cheats", by Carrie Underwood, and contestant #12 - exceptional, who sang "Where would you be" by Martina McBride.

This is to bring light to the biggest injustice that I've ever witnessed in all of my years of musical endeavors. I'm speaking out on behalf of all of the contestants who participated int his years Upland Lemon Festival Idol 2010, including the first place winner whose first place award was tainted by biased judges-close friends of her parents and family

Thumbs Up
Puppyjazz, no one has said thay she wasn't good, if you all would listen to everybody has said, she didn't even have to compete and neither did anyone else since they picked her the winner before it started. This was not fair to her or any of the contestants, the conflict of interest lies with her parents friends judging the competetition. judges should be people not involved with anyone who has to do with this competition.
