Tori shows you the pullover, and I (Jessi) show you the stride circle and the back hip circle. Please comment and rate and if you have any questions or anything for us to do (requests), feel free to ask!!! Sorry its not the best in the world we didn't warm-up or practice before shooting!!!

  • Hi i was just wondering if the metal bar hurts your hips? Please answer it would mean a lot to me

  • *tries

  • If you're going to teach a stride circle, first teach the shoot-through. That's how you get your leg in front. And it was a pull-over dearie, not a flip. And when trying front hip circles, don't pike so soon- thats why you didnt come back up to the bar. Nice ties though.:)

  • That'd Be funny if you get on it & IT Brakes ! LMao!

  • how do u do a mill circle? can some one plz tell me because i wanna get it!!!
