At Cakes Unique, I work very closely with clients to achieve this result, keeping my order volume low to ensure that each cake receives the attention it deserves. I use only the finest, freshest ingredients, and the wonderful flavors of my cakes reveal that.

Having studied at L'Academie de Cuisine and worked alongside renowned pastry chefs at the Willard Inter-Continental and the Ritz-Carlton, I have developed a broad range of skills to create a cake that is your own.

My work has appeared in The Washington Post, Modern Bride of Maryland, Washington and Virginia, The Knot, and other publications. Cakes Unique was named one of Washington?s top wedding cake bakers by Washingtonian magazine in 2006.
