Here is the CBC news report about President Obama's trip to Russia in July 2009. As you can see Obama has a very interactive visit with the Putin and Medvedev. But not sure if this visit accomplished any thing.

Look at the 2:26 mark in THIS video. Even with trying to cover the incident, they STILL keep footage where the snub began!

There are two videos. Look at this video then look at those 18sec video clips of the end of the delegate introductions. The picture is quite clear.

Again I ask the question, if Obama was snubbed at the end of the delegate line, was Medvedev snubbed at the beginning?

u guys are all dumb, this is not a handshake snub.. basically first the russian prresident introduces his staff to president obama#1 and then mr.obama introduces his staff to mr.russian

@yneedsn ITA agree. I had to watch it only once to come to that simple interpretation. So many videos on YT producing propaganda with edited clips which can seem like President Obama was snubbed of you don't watch the whole video.

@2openurmind One person snubbed Medvedev it appears, yet the video pans further down the line during the 2nd handshake of Obama. Was Medvedev truly snubbed by person #1, possibly. Yet there is video of Obama being snubbed, with his hand extended and a disgusted look on his face, from 5 other men.

At the Associated Press website, click "AP images" at the bottom left corner. Search "Obama Medvedev delegation" and the captions show that Obama is introducing Medvedev to the US delegation at the Kremlin on 7/6/09.

If it was a snub Fox News would have been all over it 24/7.
