They all tell you GO ONLINE!! No one will even discuss jobs by phone anymore. I've gone online through numerous job sites and rarely hear anything back on jobs I've applied for. This is all a lot of baloney... bring back the old days when folks could find jobs in newspaper classifieds and employment agencies. You filled out an application, got an interview and if they liked you and felt you were qualified you were offered the position that same day.

I agree but this was back in 2009...Things have changed now. It doesn't mean it wasn't relevent 3 years ago.
