Thank you so much for posting this! As a nanny we are so mistrusted. (understandably considering all the awful nanny cam footage that is terrifying to watch)
But more often then not we love our jobs and love the familys we work with and would never do anything to harm their children. I know I wouldn't!
My employer has a nanny cam...I cant imagine the stuff she gets a kick out of when I'm playing with her kids... but oh well! Being paid to be a goofball is why i'm a nanny in the first place!

FINALLY a good nanny!! Someone who plays with them rather than THROWING THEM around as if they were dolls...hate those abusive ones...seriously.
