This is a SPLIT routine using only Bodyweight and the SLINGGYM. This is workout A. It works th muscles of the Chest, Shoulders,Triceps and core. The aim I to perform each exercise in quick succession with no rest in between sets.
Keep your hear rate elevated and perform simmilar to a circuit. This will stop the blood 'pooling' in specific muscles.
this workout should take just over half an hour. To increase level of difficulty simply repeat the whole routine.
