OK SO I WAS TOO LAZY TO TAKE PICS CAUSE MY ROOMATE WAS NOT HERE SO I DECIDED TO DO A VIDEO BLOG OF MY PROGRESS REPORT. THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT LE ME KNOW IF THERE IS ANY DIFFERENCE

  • I need a little advise from who ever..someone that is on P90X.. im on my 3rd day but my body is so soar i could barely do anything..they say working out on a soar muscle is not good. but its going to mess up my routine...so should i just rest or what should i do. Since its my first week..should i really go all out or just take it slow and allow my muscle to get use to the excersices first.

  • I can definitely see a difference from your last video. Always remember you're not gonna see a difference in yourself right away, in fact the funniest thing is while you're saying "I don't see a difference" other people are like "Wow, you look slimmer" I get that all the time!

    Keep it up, you're only on week 2, so results will start showing for you in the weeks to come.

    By the way how much is P90X cause me and my boyfriend are thinking about getting it, but we're skeptical lol

  • Keep it up man...you'll get there. It just takes time and consistency.

  • Keep it up man,anyway you can gain muscle and get healthier do it. I personally do crunchs,sit-ups,push-ups,pull-­ups,curls and the treadmill or running for real.And dont go on a diet cause a diet is not a lifestyle,just get some carbs and fat in but in proportions. Keep it up
