almost looks as though your interfacing with pinmame? I've seen a few videos where someone has retrofitted existing cabinets, but never a custom one, damned impressive. Did you create the dot matrix artwork from scratch?

Hey! You are a genius!
Is there any news from the progress?

Hi,
Your project is really impressed, you done a great job.
I want to ask you some technical question regarding the dot matrix display implementation.
Is that o.k to move to e-mail ?
Many thanks,
Nir

Cool!!
Really liked your dot-matrix-display program.
Is it written in VisualBasic or Java ?
I'm working on a home made pinball machine myself, and i just created a little program in Qbasic (just to start things up), but i'm aiming for something more realistic like yours.

Thanks...
Game(modes),sounds and animatons are managed by a Delphi-written progr. ( so it stay easy to upgrade it for developpment). I had to use DirectX to obtain good performances. But most important: the machine has to be driven by an embedded rtos with real timings to refresh correctly the lamps, the coils,...
I started thus to make a cpu board with a C-written progr to do that ( trough the serial port).
Good luck.
