Actually you are wrong Muslims were living in advanced societies when Europe was in the dark ages. Where do you think the word Algebra came from it was the Arabs who created Algebra and math.. we advanced banking and created libraries.. Islam has contributed a lot to the world. And the miracles and findings in the Quran are miraculous.. what scientists have recently discovered has been in the quran for ages. Just READ about Islamic History you will see for yourself.

@Maseeh87 Half right. The thing that stunted the intellectual growth of the Arab world was...ISLAM. All major innovation slowly died as Islam grew. And now the Muslim world is in the middle of it's own dark ages as a result. As for the Qur'an and it's "discoveries", the same can be said of the bible, and the writings of L. Ron Hubbard. And it would be equally true....as in not at all.....

I particularly liked the braveheart inspirational music dropped behind the rubbish i just heard. Tell me... why do we have to bridge these divides in the first place.....? Because the world is getting smaller and the religious more pious.
