  • @ssgokuliu its not a requirement mate, if you are new to muscle building or bodybuilding, then stick to normal good food with good proteins and carbohydrates. I suggest you try out creatine when you have been lifting for 2+ years.

  • do you need creatine to gain muscle

  • very well breakdown brother , good video . Don't even know why people ask this question when almost all & every pre-workout drink out their has creatine & huge doses of caffeine so that alone should solve many questions . Once again tho well done brother .

  • I mix creatine in my coffee

  • I just took my creatine and before I took a sip out of my coffee I thought about this subject.

Ty, my coffee is still warm.

  • Seriously, these fucking chemists get paid for a study about caffeine possibly blocking creatine. -_- Caffeine doesn't even dehydrate too bad.

  • I suggest you do a video to clear all the ridiculous horror stories and exaggerations about steroids.

  • I like your delivery. Not always straight to the point but it prevents confusion nonetheless. Good video, thanks for sharing, Will.

  • Caffine is a well known diuretic where as creatine increases the amount of water in your muscles, so it would seem that the effects (at least these 2 effects) are somewhat contradictory.

At least that's what lead to my confusion.

Thanks for the piece of knowledge Will.

  • Hey Will, I don't think you've made a video on digestive enzyme supplements. I heard that all the pros need them and I'm curious to learn more about them seeing as I'm eating around 5 chicken breasts a day.
