Oak Grove Pleasanton Kottinger Ridge ridgetop subdivision is opposed by PARC

The Kottinger Ridge Oak Grove subdivision is opposed by PARC, the Sierra Club, the newspapers the Valley Times, the Tri-Valley Herald, the Independent, the Friends of Pleasanton and the Alameda Creek Alliance.

History of the citizens fight to save Pleasanton ridgelands from development by land speculators, the Kottinger Hills Referendum, efforts by citizens to protect the ridgelines, and the threat of a ridgeline development (Oak Grove) on top of Kottinger Ridge.
