Infact, there was a Prius used in Canada as a Taxi and he set a record of 400,000 miles and Toyota was so impressed, they bought the car off of him and gave him another one, free! Still had the original batteries too, and my friends first generation Prius has 210,000 miles on it, and it has the original batteries, and he gets 53mpg. And don't hate, because it only makes you looks like an ass. Have a good future. (:

My truck gets 17mpg and i payed 6k for it and will last at least 500,000 miles, i would rather drive something cool and something that fucks up the enviroment and smokes like a train than spend 22k dollars for something that will dye because of bad batterys at 100k miles and you have to spend a ass load of money to replace.
