fcc is a direct violation of the constitution, not only as freedom of speech but taxation w/o representation, that is our money that is belping out tv and radio. As long as u have a choice to change station or turn it off there shouldn't be government restriction, now that I live in Germany, its so nice to hear songs i love on the radio w/o them being butchered. If this is for the protection of children, its not the govs job to raise my child, its mine.
