i think people should stop comparing David's version to Johns. John Lennon wrote this song with a deep message and people should really try and think that the point is, the message is getting spread regardless of who is singing the song.

It's a great cover...but seriously? Lennon is a WORLD Idol, there will never be another like him. Kudos to David, really...but nothing compares to John.
