@Andreas748 A 99er is a person who's unemployment funds have run out. In the USA right now a person's limit is 99 weeks of Unemployment funds. They are suppose to get the funds 99 weeks straight in a row. However, it never works out like that. There are always gaps of 3 to 4 weeks were they get nothing. In some cases they lose up to 1500 dollars ( which should not happen ). I have a blog on the 99ER's if U would like me to send it. YouTube frowns on Links in comments.They look at it as spam.
