War is never good, if the CIA didnt help Saddam get in power, the hundreds of thousands of kurds would still be alive, and there wouldnt be a need to invade Iraq, and 1 million Iraqis wouldnt be dead, and 4100 soldiers, and 30.000 injured US personal.
But i think they woulda invaded Iraq either way, cause Iraq sold its oil in Euro's, and only one other country does that, IRAN, thats why there is this big rush to invade Iran!
