First of all, way to bring it. Im on week 9 of p90X and I should be receiving P90X + in the mail any day now. So I will be doing + for my second round, which Im sure is a lot harder, but I will go back to p90x for round 3, just to keep the muscle confusion maxed. I dont know if I ever want to do Insanity. It seems like the people on insanity get way to trim for my liking. I want to be trim but without comprimising muscle mass.

I did my first round of P90X and finished in August of 2009. After a recovery week, I rolled into Insanity. I have a vid comparing my P90X 90 day results to my Insanity 30 day results. I have a week left of Insanity then I will be doing another round of P90X. It seems to have worked pretty well for me.

Hi, Im on week 12 also. Today is my last day. I don't think I've lost any weight in a while either but I definitely have lost inches and I'm more defined. So you are right not to get discouraged. It's working.

So like you, next week is my recovery week then I'm done. So I have decided to do another round of P90X after a 2 week rest. A lot of my subbies have done the same. However, some have moved onto Insanity. But I'm not quite ready for that one yet. LOL

Good luck!

Hey good work man. You've lost a lot of weight. I can tell by looking at your face. You have come a long long way man. I wish you much further success. I'm running into some issues here. Seems I have the time management issues are in good standing now. However, I'm still battling fatigue. Doctors are trying to find out if I have diabetes. So far I've been placed on a nutrition conscious eating routine by my physician. My BP has been high well over 2 consecutive years. Take care man.

I can't physically do P90X, but I love watching the successes of those that do.

Good work, man.

Honestly neither could I. I couldn't do any regular push ups or chin ups. If you watch the video's you learn the phrase "Do your best and forget the rest". Tony in the video shows you many ways to modify the training so you can be a beginner and build up.
