Spandan deals with a very unconventional subject 'Euthanasia' (Mercy Killing) in India. The protagonist Aaditya suffers from the dreadful disease, Muscular Dystrophy and aware of the fact that his death is imminent, requests for euthanasia.

i couldn't resist myself to watch it completely...though it took an hour to buffer...The name Spandan...means heartbeat..one who folllowed his heart...making others happy!"dialougues..par ji kaha manta hai ..lagta hai peeche murr k dekhugi toh vo baitha hoga... ; ..ek wada jo pura nhi hua...pura karne nhi dia gaya!

I think it was a wonderful film.

What touched me on an emotional level was the sequence when Aaditya guides the young girl to the water cooler.

What touched me as a filmmaker were the chess sequences against death. It was very well made and with an incredible production value. Regards. :)
