I had an SMD strip wired into the 2nd channel of my 800W amp, worked a treat. simple, easy and safe i'd say

@miles9229 NO speaker will work without some kind of amp. If you want to connect LEDs, there is a safer alternative method than shown here. Hit me up.

@ben1234565445 If you have ANY kind of music coming from the 5.25 speaker, there's already an amp attached. NO speaker will work without some kind of amp. If you like the amp you have now, I'd disconnect that LED and use an alternative method which I can help with. Hit me up.

@Bradmclean7
I Have a friend who hooked up fog lights to his amp, as long as the power is low, and a switch is attached, I'm sure it'll be fine, but as you raise the volume, you run the risk of overpowering the bulb and popping it, which may cause a fire.

@sparky3489
I've already taken it all off my car, and hardwired them to 12V
I never said this was safe in the first place, just people wondered how to make the lights beat, just a video for information I guess

@Kennykid2002 You also never say it's NOT safe. It's one thing for people to wonder how to do it, it's another entirely to assume what your doing is right and to give false information.

@sparky3489
True that,
I didn't give a disclaimer on this vid.
Didn't think it'd get 60k views in the first place lol, it was supposed to be for my friends on car forums =/
I'll put it in the description later, thanks.
