NATO did not want to join, because the post-Cold War "people do not perceive this organization. In the EU, most people would like to join. By Stalin's time, no one wants to return, except for Russian Stalinists. But the people in the majority is not against the Union, Russian, almost all in favor, among Ukrainians percentage is growing.
