  • Im not even that into woodworking... yet i find your videos fantastic. It's like watching This Old House. We may not be interested but damn is it interesting

  • The owners manual that comes with the TV has a golden nugget of info inside: the size of those mounting bolts...If you've thrown that away already, there's that new-fangled contraption called the INTERNET where you could look: double u double u double u.vizio.com/support/

  • should use a bolt and wing nut (or just a normal nut) on one of those cleats, even if you never have any earthquakes, as you said the tv is light, if it gets bounced around it could get knocked off.

  • what size TV is that and what size screws

because i want to mount my TV on a homemade TV stand but want make sure it is safe from falling

  • yeah man, kathie likes it black.......im just kidding

  • the only thing I would have done differently is that I would have dyed all of it instead of painting it black. Especially the legs, the black makes to too hard to see the details in them while the dye and lacquer would have brought them out more. That and I think the black blends in too much with the electronics, but that's just me.

  • Right at the end...

    "shes over painting it..."

    "Shut up!"

Reminds me of any time I have someone help me with something lmao.

  • That's what I did with my projector it had 4 holes and just brought it over to them and they where able to find the right ones. Now I have a "proper" projector mount to just make a normal wood project for it.

  • Steve, that thing is BAD ASS !! I am sitting here watching this and being all lazy on a Saturday and now I'm a gonna get up and do something.

  • Great video as always Steve! Too funny about the trips to the hardware store...Hey, will there be a part three? Thanks and please keep the videos coming...Joe

  • I thought I was the only one who had problems like that ! This is woodworking for mere mortals !
