Flippin brilliant. I bought one off Ebay for 25 quid. Just repointed a School boundary wall approx 165 square metres. Took me nearly 3 weeks but i am really happy with the results and so is my customer.
Get the mix right and this tool is an absolute doddle. I went 4-1 with 200ml of plasticiser per mix. Get the plasticiser in first before adding the water.
litle tip. Keep a bucket of water handy and plunge the point master in it when you are ready to refill. It wont get clogged if you do this.

can you buy this gun in the US.if so where..?

I bought this, ( two actually) and did what it said on the tin, and I got 2 days of pointing on bush hammered granite paving done, in under two hours. No short cuts, just full depth pointing. Beautiful!

this tool looks like it saves alot of time. I can remember how many times we have used point bags to fill joints or just the good old trowel and skill. Any thing that gives me production/clean work and more work is worth the money. Looks like such a simple tool to use. How much is it available in the USA?

yah... . I wonder if they are paid by the hour?
The name and reputation of this tool is growing.. . 100% Positive feedback on eBay !
When pointing old brickwork on a wall should you start from the bottom and work up or the top and work down?

In order to give support to freshly filled upright joints (perps) it may be better to start at the bottom and work up, tho (sitting firmly on the fence) either is possible.... erm technically!

Hi, this looks great. My current one jams all the time as the muck compresses. How does this tool avoid that? Is it a larger amount of admix? Thanks.

no. it is designed for standard mortar (with the standard ammount of plasticiser) - works with lime too
this one is different because it creates low internal pressure and has a high capacity nozzle, so you don't queeze the mix like you do with a gun.

i have to say i like it. it looks good but i was wondering. what do you do when you get a rock in it? you known it happens, like bags. not every sand pile is rock free. i hate to stop and fix it.

the wide slot nozzle will still work with one or more stones caught inside the barrel.
check out the latest version of the video (4minutes). we demo it showing exactly that.
