Chaox is talking true, solo q is wasting of time, it will waste ur time, u will get unnessesery skills and if u ever want to be better or to be competative player u will need to create ur own team and practice as team because lol is 5vs5 game and not 3 players+ 2 trollers vs 4 players + 1 afker(troller) or what ever because the skills to carry urself and ur team in solo q wont help u to increase ur skill for real League of Legends game 5v5 :D GOOD LUCK ALL !

There is really no point at all to try to enter the comp scene that actually pays off. considering all the top tier teams have their rosters full, so you basically would have to make a whole new team, enter the qualifiers for something and then just steamroll to get attention and place 1st to be taken seriously as a team, and unless you have a high elo you arent taken seriously, like who knows, a guy with 500 normal wins could be better than bigfatlp but never tried to demo his skill to anyone.
