In support of the bill S. 1867 SEC. 1031, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) explained that the bill will "basically say in law for the first time that the homeland is part of the battlefield" and people can be imprisoned without charge or trial "American citizen or not." Another supporter, Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-N.H.) also declared that the bill is needed because "America is part of the battlefield."

Yes there is a war in the homeland, and its on the people in this country. The Army's 3rd Infantry Division(cbrne) cover's the eastern US where i live, they are not allowed to take part in day to day law enforcement, but that won't matter once they declare martial law. They are the one's who will respond to a major disaster, terrorist attack or flu/germ outbreak.

@kewpified Agreed, but political elites are cementing their power over us with Bills like Lieberman's (I-CT) Enemy Expatriation Act which will have any one of us who speaks out, fights back or does anything against these Oligarchs stripped of our citizenship without any Constitutional Rights.
