Enjoy the flight, you can see the "Dollard", the coast of NW Germany, Holwierde, Delfzijl and it's harbour, Appingedam and the Schildmeer (Shieldlake) nearby the model-flyingfield from ACF.
Marsum is a very small town just to the North of Appingedam.
There are some bunkers left nearby Marsum, build by order of the Germans in the second worldwar.

  • @RCFPV1 If you can buy 5.8Ghz wireless securitycams with low power (10 mWatt) output overthere then Germany applies the european fcc rules for the use of 5.8Ghz ism-systems.

That means that if you want to use a fpv system on 5.8Ghz with a output above 100 mWatt you must have a hamradio licence (if you want to do it legal), 5.8Ghz is also a part of the hamradio bands.

  • is 5.8 Ghz legal to use in germany?

  • @RandyFPV Thanks for your comment, this time a flew the glider up to a hight where I lost the live video-downlink and had to fly it on sight, it was just visible and it's not a small glider.

The maximum range of the 5.8Ghz live video-downlink is around 1 Mile, so you are right that it's look around 1.5 Km up.

See my previous vids for more information about this simple FPV system !

  • Cool video, man did you ever get up high. Any idea of how how you got? I looks like around 1.5km up

  • @djdacore Was voor mij ook een mooie vlucht, andere nieuwe locaties volgen nog.

  • Mooie video valt mij niks tegen
