95 Camaro LT1 completely stock, but with no muffler. :o)

I could'nt hear my exhaust sound over the engine noise, so I decided to unbolt the stock muffler and put in its place an L shaped section of 3" pipe.

@CRAZYXBLACKXMAN I've owned the car for 7 years and drive it daily, the only things that have needed fixing/replacing are the water pump, power steering pump and the battery!

trust me. i have a camaro z28 350 with duel exhaust and no mufflers. the raw unsilenced v8 was cool at first but got annoying really quick. cant even listen to music lol

@ceejay1024 You need long tubes and an ORY or true duals with an orx, I run long tubes through ory into a hooker aerochamber catback and it's a perfect combo of loud and deep. When mustang guys say "damn that thing sounds nice". You're onto something. I drown out every mustang I've ran, and its not a raspy obnoxious sound doing it.

I did the same to my 1996 z28 after watching this video. The muffler shop only asked $60.00 to replace the muffler with pipe and replace the stock Z28 tips to get the stock look back. Put now going through town I am worried that I may attract some unwanted attention from the police b/c when i get on it more than what this video shows, it is loud.

@ceejay1024 normal mustang gt's up to the 2011 are sohc. only cobra's and mach 1's are dohc. just sayin ;)

@lilsniper5150 I own an LT1 camaro and i couldnt agree more. Its because the stangs are DOHC, makes their exhaust ALOT more aggressive

one thing i didn't know about the LT1 before i got my 1996 z28 was that there are three different verizons. two years for each. making it difficult finding a replacement timing chain cover.
