ive seen a interesting variation on this. instead of grabing the mag you just extendyour hand slightly to let the mag come out and quickly going to the mag putting it in. the guy i saw do it did it pretty smooth

Yeah, smooth changes... One thing caught my eye though.. At "change on the move", you spent more time on looking at the mag change and the procedure than you did looking through the sights - and thus what's lying in front of you.
