Khon Kaen Garbage Truck Traffic Jam

Waiting to cross the street on my bicycle but a stopped garbage truck has traffic in both directions hosed. Wouldn't be so bad if the garbage crew was actually working, but you can see them sitting on top of the truck while one of the guys returns from the store. But, his inconsideration is totally acceptable since he has his turn signal indicator on.
