  • Good video.

Thoroughly taught, well-disciplined students and best of all, no bullshit !

  • can you tell me what does pranayama mean and what ´s for?

  • Well done ! Really good for brochitis, asthma, and smokers lung. India is the ancient land of physiotherapy and meditation. This is very much needed in todays trouble times.

  • good work beautiful!;)

  • it gives you body extra warm- and as you know warm is energy and joy:)in sex you feel that and can understand what i am saying.here u create extrabody warm which gives extra strenght-joy.

  • Good stuff. I'll be adding this to my practice.

  • why doing breath exersise? is it to take up more oxygen from the air or why?

  • everything is your teacher, everything is made of mind, but spirit makes it animated, pranayama is meant to be for your enjoyment, if it feels uncomfortable you do it wrong, you can have great bliss and ecstasy if you do correctly. breath out completely, breath in completely, hold the breath if it feels good.

  • you dont have to breath fast, you can breath slow, it is important that you enjoy the practice or else you will give it up, it is not about fighting is it? you can have war if you want, personally i prefer peace. also you can do bhastrika in any position, make it comfortable and enjoyable, dont be afraid of pain, pain is strengthening but be gentle and enjoy
