I actually live in the area where this happened. I for one do not appreciate people driving drunk on our roads. He sounds like he has been snorting to much cocaine too. Just sounds like he has a stuffy nose and sure is acting like he is on drugs, Shameful attitude!

@disturbed1199 No. You ought to look up "common law" before you assume you know what it means. Common law is a law form arising from the decisions of judges. It has nothing to do with being exempt from driving regulations. Many people before have raised your arguments with judges, and the judges refuse to accept it every single time.

This cop is one of the most patient level headed cops I have ever seen. If anyone thinks this idiot knows the law he is way off. This video is proof of several crimes. Your rights do not entail you to commit crimes and disobey lawful orders without consequence.
