@SassyMamaProductions Its a fracturing of Neils Character. In the beginning, its Billy Buddy playing Dr. Horrible. Yearning for social change and Love. But his heart is broken and he is hardened by repeated rebuffs by CPT. Hammer. It makes him now yearn for power and the fear of others. When his Death Ray misfires and kills Penny, his character splits into the true Dr. Horrible (the refined evil in Billy Buddy) and the Billy Buddy that remains underneath. He steels himself for what has been done

the 2nd one should be dr horrible messing with the Frankenstein kind of stuff would be cool for him to bring back penny, then she changes him and he makes a better world lol that would be the sappy happy ending.
