  • "It's not how hard you bang it, but WHERE you bang it..."

    Ahh, such is life.

  • I really appreciate your attention to detail and the ease of which you deliver the information, this is excellent work and I look forward to working my way through your collection of videos.

Thank you kindly sir -Mike ;-)

  • very good video. thx for uploading.

  • the reason for putting the tin on at an angle is not only to make it easier to get the glass back out again but also because you can break the glass if you bang the tin straight down on the glass. and you can still flair the tin in banana form the balance point is only half an inch from where you're used to it so it shouldn't make too much of an impact on your flair routines. well it hasn't for me anyway but if it does for you let me know i'd be interested to hear about it :)

  • wtf? Banana shape? forget about flair then (balance point) and far for necessary to unlock the glass (visualize the line where the glass is in contact twith the shaker, that's where you want to hit to unlock). And don't shake with shoulders stiffas if you were wrestling the shaker doesn't look very good, just use wrists and forearms, with somme practice, you get the same strength, and it's way nicer ffrom the client' point of view

  • Best guide to shaking I've seen
