Corrupter of Time Chrono Trigger ReMix

One of my best VG(Videogame) remixes/arrangements. It's pretty rocking rendition of Corridors of Time from Chrono Trigger. And yes, I am Tensei-San on the OCR forums, and yes, this song is going to be featured on ocremix.org some time soon. :P

This is an EPIC remix minus the extremely gay solo at the end that totally doesn't do anything for me as it isn't Chrono Trigger sounding at all.

If this song could simply play the part starting at 2:44 over and over and just fade out to end the song this would be the BEST CT remix i've heard yet.

Fadeouts are an extremely lazy way to end a song IMO. If you're going to play like that, I could argue none of the song is 'Chrono Trigger' sounding as I've simplified/changed all the chords to fit within a rock/metal concept. There's not much left of the original 'feeling' and that was never my intent either. I just added the soloing because I like solo's, simple as that, and I don't really care whether it does justice to the original song or not.

@Noir6666 The solos are amazing - Petrucci would be proud of them. I have this song in my car just because of the solos. Actually, the song is kind of repetitive, but the end more than makes up for it.

I've commented earlier on this, but realized I hadn't even mentioned the song then.

It feels sort of odd to "directly" talk to the one who made a song you love, but eh.

I've got 1300 songs in my digital library. Your rendition of Corridors is amongst the only 40 tracks I've ever rated with 5 stars.

I've had it for around a year on every device I have and when someone asks me what music do I like I simply push play on this.

I love it. The instrumentation, the structure, everything.
