  • Lucky!

My only Husker clams to fames are...

Video tape of a live show in London and a cassette copy of a Warner Brothers radio promo LP for "Warehouse: Songs and Stories" that has a band interview and cuts from the album...

That and a drum stick that Grant Hart used & autographed...

  • That Warehouse promo is one of my missing links in my Husker vinyl...got a dub of it somewhere...lucky!

I have around 50 90 minute tapes of Husker shows from when I used to trade.

  • Very nice...

    Where did you get these?

  • I used to trade bootleg tapes. I have 90 minute tape full of Zen Arcade rough mixes and stuff...

  • @MegaUltros husker du covered a beatles song

  • @dirtbag1713 i always fucking hated rockband guitar hero dj hero etc it ruins the magic of wanting to play real instruments and getting inspired by music is no longer a must in a day in age such as right now put on a uniform and mock certain types of music and dance moves equals no creative artistic freedom what so ever there for theres more sheep imitations of rock n' roll

  • @beelzabubba that is totally true because i read on an HR interview from the bad brains some jackass said the bad brains were overated and his favorite band he said was green day i laughed and said to him what a dumb fuck he was for ranting on how overated the brains were i told em green day hasn't been punk in over 15 yrs.

  • definitely big time influence on the foo fighters right here as well as nirvana

  • You are correct that American culture doesn't understand... how could it after being brainwashed with MTV and the E- channel.... unfortunate to say the least.

  • as bad as the songs sound it would be kinda fun to play

  • Fuck Rockband. Great music isn't about making money. Ususally its about being pissed off or being depressed, the pure emotion being transmitted is what a real musician aims for.

American culture doesn't understand that though, which is why I hate most modern music. Gah..and as far as Rockband goes...The Beatles? Come the ferk on... I already hated the Beatles, but I hate them just a little bit more now >;/

  • this just blew me away.

  • this should NOT be on rock band or guitar hero. those games tend to bastardize great songs. haven't you hear X or DK on that 80s one? awful
