It's unlikely it's from any earlier than 1977 - John Travolta became a legitimate star (noteworthy enough for Flair to namecheck him anyway) with "Saturday Night Fever" which was released in 1977.

This video is from between 1972-76. He said President Ford...not the late 70's. Carter was President in the late 70's.

i think he resurfaced years later in the 87' Dusty Rhodes press conference, wherein Dusty was considering retiring for 88' as US champ...

he's behind Dusty holding the belt.....
