This is just subway entertainment with a "flash mob" behind him. This was well thought out including the stiletto heels which provided this act with more of a shock value, hence, more attention. Stimulating thoughts of implied feminity or emasculation. Otherwise it would be as just another man dancing - more hum-drum entertainment to a jaded apathetic city.
