-Derek and Temperance are Married.
-Ryan/Seth/Brooke are Siblings
-Addison is Derek's Sister.
-Ryan was gone for almost a year, 2 years ago.
-While Ryan was gone he met a girl named Serena(more on her next episode)
-Kirsten is Serena's mom.

Scene 1: (After Previously)
Ryan and Temperance are at a grave and he starts telling his mom about how me met Serena(person's who grave their at). She was wearing a White top and jeans, she smiled at him and his life had meaning. He than say's he has to go back which no one understands. You then see Addison(who is very close to Ryan) walk up and ask Why. Then Seth walks up and says he can't even imagine what Ryan's going through. Then Brooke says "Before is Gone". Ryan knows his family is just trying to help but he can't take it and leaves.

Scene 2:
Ryan leaves saying he's done and the next thing you see is Ryan lying on the floor unconscious.

Scene 3:
Ryan in the Hospital with his family by his side. Brooke "asks" him to wake up. Everyone is sad and there. Addison then walks in(she is a doctor as is Derek). Addison walks in and says "it isn't good, you might want to prepare yourself'

Scene 4:
Kirsten confronts Temperance saying who she is. You will learn all about Kirsten and Serena next episode. Kirsten and Ryan have a great connection(friendship). She tells Temperance about Ryan and Serena than says she thinks she knows why Ryan isn't waking up. Like he has to finish something before he can.

Aww ur to sweet. um well what I did was I made the first 3 episodes in advanced so I would be able to start storylines and get people watching but usually it take nor more thank 5 or 6 days it's harder because there are so many different shows.
