This is from the special features in the DVD of Universal Soldier - The Return (1999) starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, Bill Goldberg and Michael Jai White. It is a short video of how Michael Jai White trains.
Michael Jai White is an underrated actor and a very talented martial artist with blackbelts in Kyokushin Karate, Shotokan Karate, Goju-ryu Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do, Wushu and Kobudo with over 30 titles under his belt.
Check it out and hope you like it!

  • STOP ALL THE RACE TALK! We all should compliment one another! Train, Work Etc. Stop The Madness People! Color Is Just That Color! If I were a black man living mostly around white people, I'd most likely pick up on white folk behavior! So does that make me white? No! Same if we were to flip it! If a white guy was born and raised around black people, he'll pick up on the black folk's behavior! I Good Fighter, Singer, Ball Player Is THAT! Good At What They Do! Why Does Race Have To Come Into Play?

  • @SeanQuinton

Personally, I really like that Kyle Leon

does every lil thing he can to stay ahead

of the game and in his site:

    MusclesMaximizer.info.

He delivers high quality information that

is very different than the regular muscle

building advice which most the other

    programs online..

  • But he's a nigger. His argument is invalid

  • Proteins are all that has parents :)))

  • Img, he got hair! :)

  • Great artist - great balance between muscle and speed - I like the emphasis on flexibility than a bulked body - Great role model for me

  • @creamnice We don't know his whole training routine. He could be doing weighted chin ups and dips for that matter.

  • @iplaymusc Excess is excreted anyway.Water is always good at removing toxins and kept the muscle tight for better performance and injury prevention.

  • I liked him in 'Exit Wounds'

  • he has weight and speed, thats art people

  • Question : How many reps approximately is Michael Jai White doing?

  • This nigg@ is ready to f@ck you up so don't walk up talking crazy............lol
