Dear Julia. I am a male and I work in the community sector in the PHaMs program. One of the reasons I chose to work for the community was because I loathe unfairness. When I realised the importance of our work without the matching pay, I decided to become our organisation's union delegate. It's simply stupidly & grossly unfair that because a person was born female her work is worth less than a male's. We know without community worker's dedication, governments & society simply could not cope. XXX
