First, you handle the cards as if they're going to slip out of your hand and destroy the world! If you have ever put your time in and did your reading you would know that "You should hold your deck as if it were a bird, just enough to keep it from flying away" ~Richard Kaufman. There is a start on becoming better, and once you start reading, you will actually learn the names of the sleights/tricks you are doing.

That is not the pass, that is a variation on a slip cut.

It is not "your version," you did not invent that.

Work on your card handling. When you actually do the move, your hands are very jerky and unnatural. It's obvious that you just did a move.

Your sleight is NOT a pass. It's a slip cut used as a card control. Your handling is jerky and the card talked. Your "trick" is a single rising card (or ambitious card) effect. You are not ready to perform in public, on Youtube or anywhere else.
