Video demonstration of a lunge series. This series uses a variety of lunges, combined with a variety of trunk movements to really target the core muscles (hamstrings, glutes, low back, abs). The series challenges balance, range of motion and balanced strength. This is a great series to use for the training of multi-directional athletes as well as rehabilitation of any lower extremity injury.
